Chilean university joins Eurotrip: Executive Education in Madrid for Master's Students

|

The Universidad Autónoma de Chile has officially joined the Eurotrip academic program, a one-week intensive international experience in Madrid, Spain, organized by Blackwell Global University, a private institution based in Florida, USA, and ITAE Business School, a Spanish school specializing in executive education.

Thanks to this new collaboration, master’s students from Universidad Autónoma de Chile will be invited to take part in a program that blends academic training, business immersion, professional networking, and cultural exploration in one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals. The Eurotrip is designed to equip participants with essential skills in leadership, strategy, and global management, while also offering a space to connect with peers from different countries.

A one-week intensive learning experience

The Eurotrip combines classroom-based instruction with real-world experiences. Over the course of seven days, participants attend masterclasses delivered by international faculty and take part in visits to top companies in Madrid, where they gain firsthand insight into European business models and leadership approaches.

The program also includes networking activities and cultural events that make the experience more complete and immersive. Participants will explore Madrid’s key landmarks, enjoy its culinary traditions, and engage with local culture through flamenco shows, group outings, and guided tours.

For graduate students already managing demanding academic or work schedules, the Eurotrip offers high-quality training without requiring long-term travel or program disruption.

Exclusively for Global Academic Network members

The Eurotrip is available exclusively to students and professionals from institutions that are part of the Global Academic Network (GAN), an international network of universities and higher education institutions committed to quality and innovation.

Universidad Autónoma de Chile’s membership in this network allows its master’s students to access programs like the Eurotrip and share the classroom with participants from Latin America, North America, and Europe. This multicultural environment enriches the learning experience, encourages exchange, and helps build lasting professional relationships.

Executive education with global perspective

The academic sessions of the Eurotrip focus on themes such as international strategy, innovation, organizational leadership, and business transformation. The learning format encourages open discussion, case study analysis, and collaboration across disciplines and cultures.

Company visits are a core part of the experience. Participants are welcomed into real business environments where they can observe daily operations, interact with executives, and reflect on leadership in different organizational contexts. These visits help bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving students tools they can apply immediately in their academic and professional journeys.

Madrid as an extended classroom

Madrid is more than the host city—it becomes a vital part of the learning experience. As one of Europe’s major economic, political, and cultural hubs, Madrid offers direct exposure to global markets, diverse industries, and a rich social environment.

Participants benefit from this setting not only academically, but personally. The cultural components of the Eurotrip—gastronomy, history, art, and nightlife—allow them to develop intercultural awareness and adapt to new settings, both of which are key skills in today’s global workforce.

Certification and professional advantage

Upon completion of the program, all participants receive an international certificate from Blackwell Global University, endorsed by ITAE Business School. This credential confirms their successful participation in a high-level executive training program and enhances their academic and professional profiles.

For students pursuing careers in international business, management, education, or entrepreneurship, the Eurotrip experience represents a clear advantage. It reflects their commitment to personal development, global readiness, and cross-cultural collaboration.

With the addition of Universidad Autónoma de Chile to the Eurotrip academic program, more graduate students in Latin America will have access to a unique educational and cultural experience in Europe. In just one week, they will engage with business leaders, connect with peers from around the world, and gain insights that go far beyond the classroom.

Madrid becomes the gateway. The rest of the journey is up to each participant.
