At the same time, operating in Antarctica requires complex logistics. These realities highlight the need for professionals trained not only in science, but also in law, diplomacy, logistics, and strategic management.
It is in this context that higher education institutions are stepping forward to provide specialized training. ITAE Business School, a Spanish institution with over 30 years of experience in executive education, and the Center for Strategic Studies and Business (CEEN) in Chile, dedicated to advanced training and consultancy in organizational strategy, have created an innovative academic program: the Master in Antarctic Affairs.
