The LEAN ORP Congress "Innovation in Occupational Safety and Health in the Digital Era" officially began today, July 3, in Barcelona, Spain.
This international conference, running from July 3-5, brings together over 45 exhibitors from Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Experts will discuss contemporary challenges in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
The event features distinguished speakers from the Global Academic Network (GAN), who will share their expertise on integrating technology into workplace safety. Among the notable figures is the Universidad Autónoma de Chile, represented by professionals such as Rodrigo Montero, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Administration; Lorenzo Reyes-Bozo, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Teodoro Ribera Concha, Director of Development at IEES; and Luis Valenzuela Lillo, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
The symposium will include roundtable discussions and interactive workshops on topics such as the digitalization of OSH processes, the use of artificial intelligence, new international labor safety regulations, and more.
This event serves as a significant platform for exchanging innovative ideas and best practices in OSH. Over the three days, exhibitors will present their research, experiences, and proposals for advancing workforce safety and efficiency.
