On July 20, the #GlobalTalks conference series presented the session "Driving Innovation and Intrapreneurship in Our Organizations," led by Luis Valenzuela Lillo, a Master's graduate in Innovation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, current Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Autonomous University of Chile, and founding partner of Grupo CMD.
The presentation, organized by the Global Academic Network (GAN) and certified by Blackwell Global University, was exclusive to students from educational institutions that are members of the GAN network. Participants from Spain, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, El Salvador, Bolivia, and other Latin American countries gathered to deepen their knowledge in the field.
Luis Valenzuela shared practical examples and case studies illustrating how organizations can benefit from promoting intrapreneurship among their employees. He presented strategies for identifying improvement opportunities and developing internal projects that drive company growth and competitiveness. Attendees had the chance to learn about tools and methodologies for implementing innovative changes effectively and sustainably.
The event stood out for the active participation of students, who took advantage of the opportunity to interact with the speaker, ask questions, and engage in dynamic discussions of ideas.
The #GlobalTalks conference series continues to offer valuable spaces for high-quality learning and professional development.
